MND Research Network Teleconference

The first of our teleconference series for 2021 is kicking off on Wednesday 14th April @10am.
We would love you to join us and hear first hand from New Zealand researchers as they discuss their studies related to MND.
We are delighted to welcome our key presenters:
Dr Paige Thomas – University of Canterbury Rose Centre for Stroke Recovery and Research, will present the findings from her recent study on “The Impact of Swallowing Skill Training Protocol in patients with MND/ALS”
Dr Michal Boyd – Assoc. Professor & Nurse Practitioner; School of Nursing, University of Auckland will discuss her research project investigating end-of-life neurodegenerative care including MND.
Grace Chen – Centre for Public Health Research, Massey University will present progress and results on a New Zealand population-based control study to investigate associations between occupational and environmental exposures and MND.
